Ashley Smiarowski

RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)

Hi, my name is Ashley Smiarowski. I was born and raised in Vero Beach, Florida. Since 2022, I’ve been working as an assistant teacher in a Middle School self-contained Varying Exceptionalities (VE) classroom. I’m passionate about my job because I get to help students develop the tools they need to reach their full potential, both academically and in their daily lives. Growing up with a sister who has a disability inspired me to pursue a career in a field that supports children with special needs. I recently earned my RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification in 2025 and am excited to embark on this new journey. When I’m not at work, I love spending quality time with my two sons and my husband.
